The BOC program was developed by the Northwest Energy Efficiency Council (NEEC), which licenses the program to Midwestern states through the Midwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (MEEA). MEEA acts as a liaison between each state and NEEC, and coordinates all program development and administrative functions for the Midwest region.
MEEA unites a variety of stakeholders in energy efficient facilities to deliver the BOC program across the Midwest. Our program is supported by the generous involvement of our Utility Sponsors, State Governments, and Industry Experts.
MEEA works closely with people throughout the Midwest region to make training locally available in Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska and Ohio. For more information on BOC in your state please visit our Training Locations page.
