The BOC Program is pleased to introduce a new curriculum and associated credential, BOC Multifamily Building System Maintenance. This course provides building operators with knowledge and skills enhancement in the key activities associated with energy efficient operations in multifamily buildings, including HVAC controls, common opportunities for operational improvements and building scoping for energy efficiency. See below for details for the in-person pilot set to begin in August in Okemos, Michigan. Tuition for this pilot series is heavily discounted thanks to funding from Consumers Energy as future Multifamily classes will likely cost $1,695.
